When you call for reservations, the cast member will ask identifying information that should lead them to your account. I made a reservation by phone recently and was able to see it in
My Disney Experience immediately, just like when I make reservations online. Make sure you write down your reservation number. If for some reason the reservation doesn't link automatically, you can link it manually.
Then you will be able to customize your
MagicBands for both your reservations. Please note, too, that you can decline one set of MagicBands if you like. Some people prefer to have just one. Others, like me, think you can never have too many MagicBands to choose from.
