Hi there, Marco, and welcome to planDisney!
Like you, I'm always ready for a magical day at the Disney Parks. Even if it's a quick dip into Magic Kingdom Park to order a Frozen Mint Julep Lemonade from
Casey's Corner, it's worth it. And as Walt Disney World Resort
Annual Passholders, we can nearly fulfill that dream of having unlimited access to the theme parks.
Most annual passes have
blockout dates, days on the calendar that Annual Passholders can't visit the theme parks. For example, the Disney Pixie Dust Pass generally includes theme park access on most weekdays. So, the weekends, during any time of day, are blocked out. If you'd like to explore the theme parks on weekends, I highly recommend purchasing or upgrading to another annual pass.
AN EXTRA GEM: The good news! At the moment, as an Annual Passholder, you can indeed visit any theme park of your choice without a theme park reservation after 2 p.m. But it must be on a day that you're not blocked out. By the time you visit in late January, you'll be able to park hop to any theme park at any time of day after you've scanned into your first reserved theme park. I am super excited about this update!
I know that this may not have been the answer that you had hoped for, but the Disney Pixie Dust Pass is still a fantastic option. A few of my buddies here at planDisney have it, and they never feel deprived. There are still so many ways to be adventurous on weekends without a theme park ticket. You can visit
Disney Springs for some of the best dining and shopping experiences, explore the grounds of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels, or even play a few rounds of golf at the courses around property. Marco, if you have any other questions, revisit us here at planDisney.
I'm all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
