Hiya Shannon - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question today. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
You're so lucky to be living right in Mickey's backyard - there are so many great
Special Offers just for Florida Residents, including the Disney Pixie Dust Pass! Given that this particular Annual Pass does have some blockout dates, it is sometimes necessary to grab a regular Theme Park Ticket if you'd like to visit on those days.
I have some great news for you, Shannon! Once a Guest is registered with the
Disability Access Service (DAS), it is available for up to 60 days. To clarify, that's not 60 individual day uses, but a countdown of about two months. It is also connected to that Guest's My Disney Experience account,
not to a particular Annual Pass or Theme Park Ticket. The only thing you may need to do is update your DAS party - these are the Family & Friends traveling with you who can accompany you on your DAS attraction or experience selections. If you are within the 60 days and traveling with a
different party than you did on your initial visit after registering, you'll want to update. Simply visit a Guest Relations location inside of any of the four magical Theme Parks to do so.
If it's been more than 60 days, you can always pre-register again in anticipation of an upcoming trip, and if eligible, will have DAS active for another 60 days. I know this might seem like a pain, but the nature of the accommodations Guests may need DAS for do change, and thus it's important to check periodically to ensure a Guest is still eligible.
I hope you have an amazing weekend at Walt Disney World Resort soon, taking in all the fun, food, and excitement of the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration!
