Hey there, Rebecca, and welcome to planDisney! I must admit that answering Annual Pass questions are difficult for me. As a prospective Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, it hurts that Annual Pass sales are currently paused for non-Floridians! I think Alabamians should get grandfathered in or something!
Rebecca, unfortunately, the
Pixie Dust Annual Pass blocks out many holiday and weekend Theme Park days. So even if staying on property, Annual Passholders are unable to use their Annual Passholder perks during those blocked-out time periods. So for the example you noted, your Pixie Dust Annual Pass would grant you entry into the Theme Parks for all of the weekdays that fall within your resort stay window. I also recommend reviewing the
Annual Pass blockout calendar as you finalize your vacation plans. The entire week of March 12, 2023 is currently blocked out probably due to expected Spring Break crowds. I wouldn’t want you to get too far down the planning path without having that bit of information.
While you are unable to use your Annual Pass during the blocked out time periods, as a Florida Resident you still have access to
Florida Resident Ticket deals that can be used for those days. The current Florida Resident ticket deal offers Guests 40% savings on 4-day Theme Park Tickets and 30% savings on 3-day Theme Park Tickets. As these are the current offers, keep in mind that they are subject to change.
I know this probably isn’t the news you were hoping for, but I hope this helps, Rebecca! If you have more questions while planning your vacation,
stop back by and let me know!
You’ve got a friend in me,
