Hello Thea, and welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by as you prepare to fly off to Neverland with your
Disney Pixie Dust Pass! Let's talk about visiting the parks on a weekend.
My parents are part-time
residents of the Sunshine State and recently became Disney Pixie Dust Passholders, so they can join my family on some of our travels and enjoy the theme parks as a retired couple. Their new favorite activity is exploring
EPCOT festivals during the week!
According to the
Walt Disney World Resort® Annual Pass Terms & Conditions, your pass and its parking benefits are subject to blockout dates, meaning you are only eligible for complimentary parking on days when your pass is valid. While this is the official policy, your mileage may vary at the discretion of the Cast Member parking attendant, and I have heard stories of Guests not being charged to park on the weekend after scanning their Disney Pixie Dust Pass. Be prepared to pay, as these experiences are more like a sprinkle of extra magic rather than the norm.
I hope this is helpful, Thea! Best wishes for a fantastic day at the parks next month. If you plan to attend the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, make sure to review this year's
Foodie Guide before your visit. I can't wait to try new delights and old favorites (like the Brazilian cheese bread!) in November. Thanks again for sending your question our way. Don't hesitate to reach out if we can do anything else to make your travels even more memorable.
Second star to the right, and straight on til
magic,
Betsy
