Hi there, Camila!
A warm welcome to planDisney. We're so happy you've stopped by with a wonderful
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! From one Annual Passholder to another, welcome. As a fellow Walt Disney World Resort
Annual Passholder myself, I'd be happy to help you maximize the magic contained in your Disney Pixie Dust Pass.
Camila, as a Florida resident, you enjoy special perks that aren't available to out-of-state Guests, like the ability to purchase any available Annual Pass type! Though the Disney Pixie Dust Pass (which is only available to Florida residents) offers the most discounted option, it also comes with the most restrictions and
blockout dates. Blockout dates apply not only to a pass's admission privileges, Camila. They also apply to the "extras" that come along with the pass, including theme park parking. Unfortunately, if you plan to park at a theme park on a day your Disney Pixie Dust Pass is blocked out, you'll have to pay for parking (unless you'll be staying on-site at a Disney Resort hotel).
Parking is always free at Disney Springs during operational hours, Camila. If you're planning to spend any time shopping and dining at Disney Springs while on-site, I'd recommend parking there and utilizing complimentary Walt Disney World Resort
transportation to access the theme parks! My family loves capping off a fun-filled day in the theme parks with a visit to Disney Springs for dessert or drinks. This option allows you to experience the best of both worlds - inside and outside the theme parks!
Camila, I hope you've found these suggestions helpful and I wish you a most magical and memorable time at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional questions about your upcoming trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth or how to maximize the value of your Annual Pass, please feel free to revisit us here at
planDisney anytime! We're all ears.
See ya real soon,
Lauren
