Does the Pixar Place Hotel do anything special for Halloween night?

    Greetings, Andrea!

Thanks for bringing a question to us here at planDisney. I’m happy to hear you’re planning a vacation during Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. There are sure to be so many surprise thrills and chills in store for you at the Happiest Place on Earth this fall!

Guests of the Disneyland Resort Hotels can take part in a complimentary trick-or-treating experience on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (except September 5 and 8, 2024) from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. during Halloween Time, including on October 31! Simply visit the Front Desk at Pixar Place Hotel to receive a treat map and wristband. Then, you can visit trick-or-treating locations across the three hotels of the Disneyland Resort. There is no age limit to enjoy the fun— Guests of all ages are welcome to participate!

While you’re out trick-or-treating, be sure to stop by and see the spooktacular confectionery display in the lobby of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. It’s handcrafted by the hotel’s talented pastry team each fall with a different theme and is always a sight to behold! You can also purchase festive and tasty treats from a cart there.

On Halloween night, I recommend heading to the rooftop pool deck at Pixar Pier Hotel, where you should be able to catch the Halloween Screams fireworks, complete with music and dialogue, which are broadcast directly to the area!

When you arrive at your hotel to check in, you’ll receive a schedule of all the available hotel activities during your stay, like outdoor movie nights, themed tours, crafts, group fitness classes, and more! You can also check the online calendar for the most up-to-date hotel activity schedules and information, particularly during the six weeks leading up to your visit. Please keep in mind that all offerings are subject to availability and some may require reservations or a fee.

I hope this helps you plan, Andrea, and that you have a hauntingly good time at the Disneyland Resort! Please feel free to stop by again with more questions as your vacation draws near.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
