    Is Pixar party New Year’s Eve celebration sold out?

     Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Daniel. I'm so glad you stopped by!

     I can't think of a better place to celebrate New Year's Eve than at the Walt Disney Disney World Resort. Pixar Party: A New Year's Eve Celebration sounds like so much fun. With unique character interactions, Pixar-themed menu, dance party, and special kids activities, it's surely a magical way to ring in the new year. Unfortunately, the online reservation system is currently showing no availability for this event. Just to be sure, I called a friendly Cast Member and she confirmed that she couldn't find any availability either. It's quite possible that there will be cancellations between now and New Year's Eve, so I encourage you to continue checking for availability online or by calling the Dining Reservation line at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. Hopefully, some pixie-dust will be sprinkled on your search and you'll find yourself celebrating with Sarge and his Pixar friends on December 31! 

     Did you know that Disney's Contemporary Resort is also hosting Disney Countdown to Midnight: A New Year's Eve Celebration? This elegant soirée is held at the Fantasia Ballroom and features a DJ, incredible food and beverages, and a variety of photo ops before toasting the new year with fireworks from Magic Kingdom Park. There is currently availability for this all-inclusive event! Separate from the Pixar Party: A New Year's Eve Celebration, Pixar Play Zone is also available for kids with special extended hours on New Year's Eve.
