Hello, Lillian! It's my pleasure to welcome you to planDisney and I'm glad you dropped by with your question.
Lillian, it's always great to chat with a fellow
Disney Vacation Club Member and
Annual Passholder about your upcoming visit and hopefully I can aid in your planning. First, how exciting that you've scored reservations for
Space 220 Restaurant. My family and I love the ambiance at this restaurant! Make sure to soak in everything you see, because you'll notice subtle differences as your meal progresses.
Now, Lillian, let's talk about entering
EPCOT to enjoy your reservation. If your reservation falls on one of the blackout dates for the Disney Pirate Pass, you have a couple of options to make sure you're able to gain admittance to the park.
First, date-dependent, you could upgrade your pass to the Disney Sorcerer Pass
(Eligible Disney Vacation Club Members or Florida Residents only) or the Disney Incredi-Pass (all guests may purchase this pass with no blackout dates). When you log into your Annual Pass account, you'll see the option to upgrade, should this be your choice. I would encourage you to look at the blackout calendar for the Disney Sorcerer Pass and then compare the price difference to option number two which is
purchasing a 1-day standard theme park ticket. Ticket pricing is date-based and dependent on the age of the guest, so to get a quick price, visit the "Parks & Tickets" tab of the Walt Disney World website and click on "
Theme Park Tickets." Follow the prompts to select a 1-day ticket and choose your date. You'll see a price estimate on each date of the calendar. Lillian, it might help to note that there is no ticket discount for DVC Members or Annual Passholders.
No matter your choice, I hope you have a wonderful day at EPCOT and an out-of-this-world dining experience! Please come back to visit your new pals here at planDisney with any additional questions.
Lauren
