Pirates League - Is the makeup used hypo-allergenic? I made a reservation for my son to go through the Pirates League makeover. I only remembered after I hung up with the representative that he has very sensitive skin, he is prone to mild eczema.

    Ahoy there Alexandra,

PIrates League in the perfect adventure for the little swashbuckler in your family.  He will be all ready to set sail on the high seas with a look that is sure to rival any scurvy scoundrel.  My daughter is a pirate princess, and also has very sensitive skin.  Even strong laundry detergents will cause her to break out into a rash.  Because of this, I have to be very careful with anything I put on her skin, so I was sure to ask on our last visit to Pirates League.  I was told that the majority of the makeup is officially labeled "hypoallergenic" and that the others are fine for sensitive skin.

My daughter was able to wear her pirate makeup ALL day long with no incident, so I think your son will be OK.  If you are concerned, you can certainly request that ONLY the hypoallergenic makeups be used in his makeover!

    Arrrrghhhh,

    Amanda F.
