Do the Pirate Rooms at the CBR have DVD players? We have done on-line check-in two weeks prior to our arrival, when do we find out our room locations/number? We will be arriving late Friday evening and wanted the check-in to go smoothly.

Ahoy Donna! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is almost here ... Yay! "Arrrgh" you excited for your stay in a Pirate Room at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, matey? You will be pulling up your anchor and sailing into your vacation in only THREE more days!

While the rooms at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort do not come equipped with DVD players, you are welcome to bring a small one with you if you would like. Just make sure to bring all of the cables with you for hooking the DVD player up to the TV.

Since you have already set up your Online Check-In, you should receive a text message and/or email (as long as you entered this information in your Online Check-In form) with your room number in it once your room is ready on the day of your arrival. You should also receive a link to the map of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to make finding your room a breeze. I have experienced receiving the text message early in the morning, because my room was ready early, as well as receiving it right before I arrive at night. It all depends on when your room is ready for your arrival. As long as you have your room number and your MagicBands, you can completely skip the Front Desk and head straight to your room!

I hope this helps with your planning, Donna! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
