Is there a pirate party on the Disney Treasure January 24-31st?

    Ahoy, Robin!

Welcome aboard planDisney! Batten down the hatches, because being just a month away from hoisting the sails on the Disney Treasure is something worth shouting from the crow’s nest. Trading Minnesota’s winter winds for Caribbean breezes in January sounds like a decision Captain Jack Sparrow himself would approve of.

Now let’s talk plunder, parley, and pirate plans. While entertainment schedules can shift with the tides, once you’re connected to the ship’s complimentary Wi-Fi, the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will be your trusty map, compass, and spyglass for confirming the most up-to-date times and locations. That said, here’s what your current voyage is shaping up to look like:

    • Day 2 (At Sea) – Formal Night: Time to swap the sea boots for something sharp and polished. This is your chance to channel your inner regal pirate captain for elegant dining, photos, and a night that feels straight out of a royal decree.

    • Day 4 (George Town) – Pirate Night: Yo ho, this is the treasure you’re seeking! Pirate Night is scheduled for this evening, and it’s an absolute highlight. Expect swashbuckling fun, pirate-themed entertainment, and a high-seas party that ends with fireworks lighting up the night sky (weather permitting). Whether your crew goes full-on buccaneer or keeps it subtle with pirate-inspired attire, this night is pure Disney Cruise Line magic.

    • Day 6 (At Sea) – Semi-Formal Night: Think “captain’s dinner,” but with a little more wiggle room. This is a great night to dress up again without going full formal—though the choice is always yours.

As always, dressing up for themed or formal nights is completely optional unless you’re dining at Palo Steakhouse or Enchanté, where a more polished look is required. Also, keep a sharp eye on the Navigator app for Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party, if it’s scheduled during your sailing. When we experienced it on the Treasure, it felt like stumbling upon buried Disney gold—high-energy, nostalgic, and an absolute blast. It typically takes place in the evening around 7:30 PM, but the app will guide you true.

I hope this helps as you chart your course toward an unforgettable voyage. With Pirate Night on the horizon and the Treasure living up to her name, your crew is in for a journey worthy of legend. May your compass stay true, your loot be plentiful, and your fireworks shine brighter than a chest of doubloons.

Sea ya real soon with holiday cheer, calm seas, and magical winter memories,
    Dustin
