How does The Pirate Night fall into place w/ dinner and a show back to back starting at 5:45pm - 10pm? Does one seating time miss this event??

    Ahoy, Yesenia!

Don't ye worry, me hearties! Disney Cruise Line has everything scheduled perfectly so all guests can make the most of Pirate Night - no matter their assigned dining time. Guests with Main Seating will enjoy a pirate-themed dinner at 6:15, complete with bandanas for your entire crew, and a menu written on a treasure map. After dinner, guests head to the pool deck for the Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party, featuring Pirate Games (around 7:30) followed by a 20-25 minute show featuring Captain Hook and his gang of pirates. There are pirate sing-a-longs and a showdown between Hook and our hero, Captain Mickey!

After the deck party, Main Seating guests can make their way to the Walt Disney Theater to enjoy the featured entertainment of the evening (either a Disney musical or a variety act).  After the show, around 10:30 pm, it's time to return to the pool deck for Buccaneer Blast fireworks - the only fireworks at sea! (Keep a lookout for Captain Jack Sparrow - he's been known to drop by!) We like to position ourselves on the upper deck, to the right of the stage - it's a great spot to watch the show from above, and a wonderful viewing area for the fireworks!

Immediately following Buccaneer Blast, the entire deck transforms into Club Pirate, the hottest dance party in all the seven seas! Even the littlest buccaneers are welcome to stay and rock out with all the scurvy scallywags at this family-friendly pirate jam session.

We always choose the late dinner seating, and we've been able to enjoy all the pirate festivities on our sailings. The only difference is we enjoy the featured entertainment at 6:15 and eat our meal at 8:30.

I hope this helps ease your mind - you won't miss one swashbuckling minute of fun! - Diane W.
