When is the Pirate night for the Disney Dream cruise from Jan 26-30, 2026? And will there be a formal night? If so, when might we expect that night to be?

    Yo Ho, Yo Ho, Christina!

Welcome aboard planDisney, and thank you for embarking with us on this journey to the great wide somewhere. How exciting that you will be setting sail to dazzling places you never knew on a Disney Cruise. I took this exact itinerary two years ago, and it was a magical sailing indeed.  Soon, you will be immersed in a treasure trove of adventure and magical memories, enjoying Disney in a whole new way.

Christina, I double-checked the planned activities for your Disney Dream sailing, departing January 26th. And, it looks like Pirate Night will be on the third night of the cruise, the same day as your visit to Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.  There is not a formal night listed; however, the second night of the cruise is showing as the "optional dress up" evening, where many Guests will where something special to capture the moment with one of the talented on board photographers.

While this is the itinerary listed as of now, activities are always subject to change. So, be sure to download the Disney Navigator app to your phone for any changes of course that may happen during your sailing. It's also where I like to see all of the family-friendly events, like Disney Trivia or Family Friendly Bingo (talk about digging for treasure!) It's one of my favorite activities on the ship.

Here's a tip for you, Christina. If you are traveling with mini-pirates, who have an earlier bedtime, the nighttime stage performances are often broadcast in your stateroom on the television. This is one of the ways my family makes sure not to miss a moment of the magic if one of the landlubbers on our trip gets a little wobbly from the motion of the ship and needs an earlier night.  You can also order room service to your stateroom if you need it.

I hope this helps you, Christina, and you enjoy the most magical sailing on earth. If you have any further questions, drop your anchor back here, and I'll be sure to help you out.

    Bon Voyage,
    Keri
