Will there be pirate night on 2015 cruise to Alaska?

    Ahoy, Dennis!

How exciting that you'll soon be setting sail on an awesome Alaskan voyage! Disney Cruise Line has planned an amazing itinerary for you, with gorgeous scenery and amazing Port Adventures. You're about to embark on the vacation of a lifetime!

On Disney's Alaskan sailings, Pirate Night is replaced with the Pixar Pals Party. Guests are invited to join their favorite Pixar Pals in the Lobby Atrium for the ultimate dance party! The party is an energetic gathering with lots of Pixar characters available for autographs and photo ops. After a grand introduction, you'll enjoy a meet-and greet with rarely-seen characters. Remy and Emile from Ratatouille, Flik from A Bug's Life, and Russell and Dug from Up have been known to make appearances.

During the party, there will be music, dancing, and a fun sing-along to "You've Got a Friend In Me". I've seen a video of the party where they dropped giant beach balls and confetti  - what fun! There's also a Toy Story-themed dinner on the evenings of the Pixar Party.

I hope you have a most magical time on your Alaskan cruise! - Diane W.
