Welcome to planDisney, Bass!
How lucky are you to call Mickey Mouse your neighbor? As an out-of-state Annual Passholder, I'm more than a little jealous that you live so close to the magic! It sounds like you're looking to become a Passholder yourself, Bass, and I'm absolutely delighted to help you join the family. Let's talk annual passes!
As a Florida Resident, you have several options to choose from when selecting a
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass and can even pay for your pass in monthly installments. Because each Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket or Annual Pass is only valid for the individual Guest who is assigned to the ticket at the time of activation, you and your wife would not be able to use a single Annual Pass together for admission to Walt Disney World's theme parks. You could, however, both purchase Annual Passes, or one of you could become a Passholder and the other could purchase
Florida Resident Theme Park Tickets as needed. Since
Guests under 3 years of age do not require a theme park ticket for entry, you won't need to purchase a ticket or pass for your daughter until she reaches that magical milestone.
With so many perks and extras available to Passholders — like exclusive discounts on select dining, merchandise, hotel stays, and experiences — I've found that my Passholder status has actually saved our family money, so I encourage you to look at the
benefits when making your decision. If you have any other questions about how to use or maximize the magic of a Walt Disney World Annual Pass, feel free to
reach back out to me directly. I'd be happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
