    I want to do Pin trading with my faimily, we are going to Disney in Sept and I was wondering if I need to buy a land yard in advance or do they give me one at check in to hold my card to the Kingdom. I would hate to buy one if they give them out at checkin

    Hi Kristy!

    Lanyards for pin trading and with an ID pouch are not given out at check-in, although I wish they were!  I've seen them given out only on special occasions like the grand opening day of the Art of Animation Resort.  You can purchase them in advance or you can buy them in any gift shop, including the shops at your resort.  There are TONS to choose from at the parks and probably will have more of a selection than buying them online.
