    What is pin trading?

    Hello Jennifer!

Pin trading is one of my family's favorite Disney vacation activities! You start with a lanyard and a few collectable Disney pins and before long, you're addicted! The Official Disney Pin Trading website is the best place to find everything you could ever possibly want to know about this wonderful, pixie-dusted experience!

And there are plenty of unique lanyards and pin trading sets to choose from both in the theme parks and at the more than 20 Disney resort hotel gift shops scattered through out Walt Disney World Resort property. Downtown Disney Marketplace has several pin trading retail options and the World of Disney Store has a really wide variety. However, the biggest selection I've seen thus far is at Disney's Pin Traders where several unusual and hard to find pins and lanyards can be located. My daughter was even able to find (with helpful cast member assistance) an extra special Bullseye pin from the movie Toy Story on our last trip! Just perfect for a horse loving little girl!

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions my way in the days leading up to your pin trading adventures!
