I'm happy to help a fellow
Florida annual passholder! I receive my notices of resort specials by email and in the Mickey Monitor passholders receive in the mail quarterly. The email notices, of course, are the most timely, and I try to book as soon as I see the new specials.
I suggest you double-check your profile in
My Disney Experience to be sure your email address is correct. You also may want to be sure that your email provider isn't sending the passholder communications to your junk mail folder.
Here are the instructions for how to keep the emails out of the junk folder from the passholder email I received a week ago:
"To ensure the delivery of emails concerning Disney Destinations, LLC, to your inbox, please take a moment to add DisneyDestinations@passholder.disneyparks.com to your email address book or safe list."
I also keep an eye on the
Special Offers section of the
Walt Disney World website for new deals.
