What is a "pin code"? My husband is obsessed with getting one, what do you have to do to get one? Thank you.

    Hi Bethany,

A "pin code" is a code number that is e-mailed to you specifically in an email for you to use only.  It cannot be used by anyone, only by the person who's name appears with the code and usually the offer is for a certain discount at WDW Resorts (or Disneyland) for specific dates, or a "free" dining plan offer, etc....  These e-mails are sent out completely at random as long as you are on their mailing list.  I have never gotten one of these e-mails personally myself and I have travelled to WDW and Disneyland 70+ times and booked many vacations through them online, whereas a friend of mine 2 years ago had never been to either place, she booked a trip once and she gets these e-mails sent to her quite frequently.....I know it doesn't make sense does it?  Sometimes I have heard people say that if you order the Vacation Planning DVD (which is complimentary) that may be a way to get noticed on the mailing list for these e-mails.  Again, I have ordered tons of these DVD's in the past years and still have not showed up on their radar, so consider yourselves lucky if you do get these e-mails sent to you, but I don't think there is any rhyme or reason to it, it's just by chance.  Good luck!

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
