A piece of one of our light sabers broke on the flight home. Are we able to order a replacement

    Hi Bridgett,

Thanks for visiting us at planDisney again! I hope you had a fantastic visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Have you started planning your next visit yet?

I’m sorry to hear your lightsaber was damaged in transport. To determine if you can get a replacement, you’ll need to reach out to the Merchandise Guest Services Team. You can call them at (877) 560-6477, or email merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. If you choose to email them, I suggest including a photo of the part that needs to be replaced to help with your description.

I hope this was helpful, Bridgett. Next time you return to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, I recommend visiting the marketplace in Black Spire Outpost, where you can find collectibles, apparel, and even small creatures available for purchase. My family likes to buy “buttered blue grains” from Kat Saka’s Kettle and explore the shops, usually leaving with a porg or two!

If you have any future questions, please visit me again at planDisney!

May the Force be with you,
    Kaitlin
