    How do you get pictures from rides that didn't get scanned?

    Hey howdy hey, Stephanie!

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for bringing us your question about Disney PhotoPass service. It sounds like you recently visited The Most Magical Place on Earth and spent some time in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks! Having recently tracked down some missing Disney PhotoPass photos myself, I'm happy to help you out with this, Stephanie. You've got a friend in me!

    Yee-haw! So, you've just returned from your rootin'est tootin'est Walt Disney World Resort vacation - now it's time to show off your attraction photos! On attractions that feature Disney PhotoPass photography, images should be automatically linked to your Disney account within approximately 24 hours after your ride is complete. Some attractions offer photo preview walls near the attraction exits where Guests can tap their MagicBand, mobile device with Disney MagicMobile service enabled, or theme park admission card to link their images to their accounts. Stephanie, if you find that some of your attraction photos or videos are missing from your Disney account, first, make sure that all of the MagicBands or cards that were with you onboard the attraction are linked to your Disney account.

    If after 24 hours, you're still unable to see specific attraction photos in your account, you can report your missing photo(s) online by submitting a form to Disney PhotoPass service. In the form, you'll specify the theme park and time at which you experienced the attraction, as well as identifying features to help Cast Members locate your missing photo(s). Stephanie, after returning from a Walt Disney World Resort vacation this past week, I was able to successfully locate one of my attraction photos using this feature, and I'm hopeful that you will too! Alternatively, you can also reach out to the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team by phone for assistance if you'd prefer.
