Hi there, Bob! It’s so nice to have you over at planDisney!
I bet you’re feeling super relaxed and with a heart full of pixie-dusted memories after having just returned from your Disney cruise! What’s even better is that, since you purchased the photos, those memories aren’t just in your heart, but can live rent-free in a physical frame you'll smile at often!
I always purchase my Disney Cruise Line photos, also, because we take way too many good ones! I find it hard to choose which photos I love the most, so I always purchase the
Unlimited Digital Photo Package. Then, I don’t have to worry about being selective, because I can have them all!
I’d be happy to tell you where you can
find your purchased cruise photos.
First, sign in to your Disney cruise account on the Disney Cruise Line website. Click “Already Booked” and then scroll down to “My Cruise Photos”. This tab will pull up the photos from your most recent sailing, as long as the sailing was no more than 45 days ago.
If you have purchased the Unlimited Digital Photo Package, all of your cruise photos will be here, and you can begin to
download them. This has always been an easy process for me, and the joy that I feel when I see my beloved cruise vacation photos there is indescribable! (I also have a moment of longing for wanting to go back to happy-go-lucky Rana, who was smiling widely because she was on a Disney cruise!). Here, you may also purchase single photos of your favorite images by tapping “Photo Products” which will take you to the photo products menu.
If you find that you are
missing photos, click "Find Reservations" and then scroll down to "Missing any photos?" Follow the prompts to find any missing photos here. If you need further assistance locating some photos, please contact Disney Cruise Line directly, again within that 45-day time frame, and they will be happy to assist you.
Bob, I hope that I was able to help you locate some of your treasured moments on board! I wish you beautifully lasting memories, always. Please sail back to planDisney if you have any more questions.
You’ve Got a Friend in Me,
Rana
