    How are some pictures linked to my account, but not all? I didn't tap my phone on anything, but I have a few photos in my account. How?

    Hey there, Jackie! Welcome to planDisney! 

    There are several attractions and character experiences throughout Walt Disney World that feature automatic photo capture. 

    Many popular rides, like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain, TRON Lightcycle / Run, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, all automatically snap your photo while you’re mid-adventure. You don’t even have to stop or pose; the system detects your MagicBand, MagicBand+, or a Bluetooth-enabled phone with the My Disney Experience app and sends the photo straight to your PhotoPass gallery.

    You'll also find automatic PhotoPass captures during select character meet-and-greets, where Disney photographers may use special cameras or stationary setups to grab that perfect hug or high-five moment.

    If some of your attraction photos didn’t show up in your account, it’s possible that your Bluetooth-enabled device or MagicBand wasn’t detected properly during the ride.

    This can happen if your device wasn’t nearby or if the connection was momentarily interrupted.
    If you’re missing photos, contact Disney PhotoPass Guest Support, and they may be able to help track them down for you!
