Hi, Ivy!
Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. My family sailed on the
Disney Wish last fall, and we loved everything about it! My kids spent most of each day riding the AqauMouse waterslide and participating in activities in
Disney's Oceaneer Club, the Youth Club for kids 3-10 years old. My spouse and I enjoyed relaxing in the Adult-Only areas while our kids were preoccupied. It was a magical vacation!
My family stayed in a
Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah on our Disney Wish sailing. We had a queen bed, as well as a single convertible sofa and an upper-berth single pull-down bed. This makes the beds appear like bunk beds. Guests with four Guests staying in this stateroom category usually have this stateroom configuration. If you have only three Guests staying in your stateroom, you will want to check to see if the stateroom accommodates four Guests. This typically indicates that you will have the upper-berth pull-down bed. Since it sounds like you already booked your cruise, you may want to call
Disney Cruise Line to verify your stateroom layout.
I highly recommend making a brunch reservation at
Palo Steakhouse during your voyage. This adult-only restaurant has superb food and beautiful ocean views. I had a Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast that was incredible, and I practically licked my plate clean after eating the Chocolate Raspberry Tart. Palo Steakhouse is fairly small and has limited availability so try to make reservations as soon as your
booking window opens.
Ivy, thank you again for reaching out to planDisney. Please contact us again if you have additional questions!
Happy sailing!
Jen
