I’m glad you reached out to planDisney! One of my favorite parts of any Disney Cruise Line vacation is looking back at the photos afterward. They always end up becoming the stories my family laughs about and relives long after we’re home!

Photos remain available for about 45 days from when they were taken. If it's outside that window, I suggest calling
Disney Cruise Line again to see if they can assist.
To
check out your pictures, visit the
Disney Cruise Line Photos page and sign in with your account. I'm hoping that you couldn't see your photos because you weren't logged in. Your photo gallery should load on its own once you’re logged in. If you want to save everything at once, open any individual photo and choose the “Download All” option. Downloading all of them may take some time, so feel free to leave your computer running while you do something else.
There’s also another route you can try. Log in to the
Disney Cruise Line website, hover over the “Already Booked” section, and scroll down until you see “My Cruise Photos.” Sometimes you’ll need to hover over a picture before the download tools appear, but once they do, you should see an option to select all your images at once.
