    Is there a way to get a picture from a ride that didn’t show up in your photo pass?

    Hello there Alice, 

    Thanks for bringing your Photopass question to planDisney today, I'm happy to assist! I love scrolling through the My Disney Experience Mobile app and seeing all of the Photopass photos from my Walt Disney World Resort vacation. On a recent trip, I realized my daughter's Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction photo was missing. I have had this happen before and the wonderful Cast Members at Disney Photopass Service were able to locate my photo and add it to my account. Let's take a peek at what steps to take. 

    First, you'll need to open a browser, head over to the Disney PhotoPass website, and locate the "Contact Disney PhotoPass Service" page.  From the dropdown menu, click on "A missing photo". This action will populate a form where you'll need to provide details so the Cast Members can find your missing photo. They will need the following information: 

    • the date the photo was taken
    • approximate time the photo was taken
    • type of photo (attraction, character, other)
    • where the photo was taken
    • a detailed description of the Guest(s) in the photo including the color of clothing, age, hair color etc.

    There is also the option of uploading a photo of the people in the photo that is missing. I like to submit a photo from that day so they know what clothing they are looking for. 

    At the bottom of the form, you'll need to include your contact information. There are optional spots for a PhotoPass Card ID or a MagicBand or MagicMobile pass ID to be added. 

    The process could take a few days, as it did for me. Once the Disney PhotoPass Service locates your missing photos, you will receive an email notification. The photos will then be added to your My Disney Experience account.
