I have a picky 13 year old eater. He has an adult dining plan. If there isn't anything on the menu he cares for, do they let them have a burger or something off of the children's menu?

    Hi, Karen!

Your server is going to be very accommodating with your son.  He is welcome to order from the children's menu, but it would still count as an adult table service credit.  Talk to your server about what your child likes - he or she may have some great ideas of what the chef can prepare.  You can also try ordering things "plain" without any sauces or toppings.

Don't worry, you certainly do not have the first picky eater to dine at Walt Disney World!   You can take a look at the menus ahead of time to get some ideas of what your son may like.  My favorite place to browse menus is at www.allears.net. You may just be surprised what your son will enjoy from the menus!  Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
