Hello. We have a very picky eating 9 year old. May we use snack credits to purchase a side, dessert, and/or beverage for her while the rest of us use table service credits for our meals? Or do we just order 3 meals for our family of 4 and just share?

    Hello James,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I also have a very picky eater at home, so I understand your concerns.

Dining Plans are such a great addition to a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, and they really allow for a lot of flexibility when choosing where and what to eat. The good thing is that the Walt Disney World Resort offers so many different dining experiences that I am sure they will appeal to your daughter’s appetite.

When you have a Dining Plan, Snack entitlements cannot be redeemed at Table-Service locations. You should always look for the Disney Dining Plan icon at Quick-Service locations, most outdoor carts and select merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort to verify which snacks are available. You can share meals with your family, but remember that Guest 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available.

One final tip: don't forget that you can make advanced dining reservations using the My Disney Experience Mobile app or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.

I hope this helps you while planning. Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
