Hi Stacey!
Welcome! With your vacation just around the corner, I know you must be getting excited and eagerly anticipating the adventure that awaits you on the
Disney Dream!
I am SO glad you brought your question to us….and I can certainly help you there! My two boys are the epitome of picky eaters! And, unfortunately, those picky tastes change regularly so I can never be too certain what they are going to want at any given time! Lucky for you (and me), Disney Cruise Line has you covered! They certainly know kids and have plenty of “kid food” available. Each evening in the main dining room there will be a children’s menu for your child. It has a variety of kid-friendly foods from chicken nuggets to hamburgers, but also offers pasta or a meat or fish dish. And, if something is not appetizing to your child on the children’s menu, they can most certainly order from the adult menu. Or vice versa! I, for one, love the strawberry shortcake dessert on the kid’s menu and I always order that for my dessert when it is available! So, don’t worry…she will be perfectly fine with the food choices available at the main dining room restaurants!
There are also a variety of other
dining options onboard the Disney Dream including Flo’s Cafe where you can find sandwiches, salads and burgers or you can opt for Room Service or a seated dinner at the buffet restaurant, Cabanas! I promise you that no one leaves the “Mickey Boat” with empty tummies!
Wishing you a wonderful time at sea with many magical memories made! And, lots of chocolate chip cookies for dessert!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
