I have a very picky (chicken nugget type) 10 year-old. We bought the Dining Plan and had to pay an adult price for him. Would he still be able to pick a meal off the kids menu even though he's considered an "adult"? Or is he stuck with the adult menu?

    Hi there Rebecca,

Let me start by saying that we actually hear about this very same concern quite frequently here on the Moms Panel!  In most cases, it will be perfectly fine to have your son order off of the children's menu, but technically it is up to the actual restaurant as to whether they'll allow it.  That said, I can assure you that the Cast Members are all about creating magical experiences for each and every guest, so I don't foresee there being an issue.  I have also heard of servers offering to modify entrees on the adult menu to please the palates of picky eaters!  They can add a little of this or take off a little of that, and this way, he'll still be receiving an adult sized portion rather than a child's size!

Just be sure to mention your concern to your server when you're seated and he/she will gladly let you know what the options are based on the particular location!  In many cases, they'll even speak to the chef to come up with some nifty ideas!

    Best Wishes,
