Where do you pickup advanced purchased theme park tickets?

    Hi Barbara,

You have several options regarding your Theme Park Tickets. If you purchased them as part of a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, the tickets should already be linked to your My Disney Experience account and you will access them through your MagicBands. If you would like to access them in advance of your vacation so that you can book your FastPass+ plans, but they aren't listed, you may need to link them yourself. When you purchased them, you would have received a Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID Number for each ticket. To link them, log-in to your My Disney Experience account. Next, hover over the Mickey icon / My Disney Experience tab on the right hand side of your screen. Drop down to the "My Reservations and Tickets" heading. Scroll down to "Tickets and Passes", then click "Link Tickets". Enter your confirmation number. Once you've done this, you can book your FastPass+ 60-days prior to arrival if you are staying in a Disney Resort, or 30-days prior if you are staying off-site. I highly recommend that book your FastPass+ selections in advance, as this will save you hours in line.

If you are not staying in a Disney Resort, and you would prefer not to book your FastPass+ in advance, you can pick your tickets up at any Guest Relations location. These can be found at the entrance to any of the theme parks or at Disney Springs. Be sure to bring your confirmation number, photo identification, and the credit card which you used to purchase the tickets in order to pick them up.

    Wishing you magical memories,
