How does picking up my tickets at the park work, what information do I have to give so I can get my tickets

Hi Daniel! Welcome to planDisney! I’m always happy to meet a fellow Floridian!

I can’t think of a better way to spend a summer day than a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. With your adventure just a couple of days away, all you need now are your tickets to the magic!

When you get to the theme park, you can head to the Guest Relations windows near the front entrance to pick up your tickets. For Florida Resident tickets, you’ll need to bring along proof of your Florida residency (your Florida drivers license is all you need if you have one). You may also be asked to present the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, so be sure to have that with you as well. The Cast Member will then give you a set of Admission Cards that you can use for park entry each day of your visit.

Daniel, if you happen to be in town the day before you plan to visit the theme parks, you can pop over to Disney Springs and pick up your tickets at the Disney Ticket Center there. It’s a great option that can save you precious time on your theme park day when you just want to get straight to the fun!

I’m so excited for your Walt Disney World vacation to begin, Daniel! Thanks for stopping by to see us, and be sure to come back if you have any more questions.

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
