We are picking up (our first ever!) annual passes & we need to go to will call. We'll be staying at the Boardwalk though so wanted to check we can pick the annual passes up at the Epcot gateway entrance Vs having to go to the front entrance?

    Hi Amy!

I'm so excited to hear that you are new Annual Passholders! I love being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder because it opens up a world of benefits and discounts that we can use for our vacations. Plus, since the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs have special seasonal magical all year long, it's wonderful to visit the resort at different times throughout the year to experience each season!

Since you're staying at Disney's BoardWalk Inn, EPCOT's International Gateway entrance, located in World Showcase, will be the closest entrance to your Disney Resort hotel. The Guest Relations location at International Gateway is a full-service location and they will be able to issue your Annual Passholder cards from that location. In fact, I picked up my current Annual Passholder card from that location this past October!

Amy, be sure to take advantage of Annual Passholder discounts during your upcoming trip. My family saves so much money using the dining and merchandise discounts available to Passolders when we visit, so don't be afraid to ask about Annual Passholder discounts as you enjoy your trip. Also, feel free to come back to see us if we can help you again as your vacation approaches! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
