a video sharing everything you need to know about your MagicBand+!
I recommend checking a few things before trying to complete your
MagicBand+ order, Linda. First, has everyone in your party selected a MagicBand+ design? Even if a Guest on your reservation is opting out of a MagicBand+, they need to select “Decline a MagicBand+.” This can be found under the Guest’s name and profile character. Next, check that you have filled out all the information requested, such as shipping address, payment method, and contact information. Sometimes the checkout button will not be activated if there is information missing or improperly entered.
If you have checked these details and still cannot complete your MagicBand+ order, I recommend calling “
App and MagicBand Support” for assistance. A Cast Member may be able to help guide you through the ordering process over the phone to make sure nothing is being missed. Don’t forget the timeline for ordering your MagicBand+, Linda.
To receive the pre-arrival price, you must place your order up to 6 days before your arrival. If your order is placed at least 10 days before your check-in, your MagicBand+ will be sent to your home. Orders placed 6 to 9 days before your arrival will be sent to your Disney Resort, where you can pick them up at the Front Desk.
