Disney Cruise Line uses a tiered approach to when Guests can book extras like Port Adventures,
Senses Spa & Salon treatments, onboard fun and specialty dining. The
Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club is their loyalty program, consisting of tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum and Pearl) based on the number of times Guests have sailed. Guests sailing in Concierge rooms have the earliest booking window start date for extras. Beyond that, the higher your Castaway Club tier, the earlier your booking window opens. You'll be able to see your specific date by looking in your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
Scroll down to "My Plans" and you'll see the date your window opens. Keep in mind you must be paid in full to book activities in the app or online, and depending on your Castaway Club level, your pay-in-full due date may be after the date your booking window opens. You can also view this information on the
Disney Cruise Line website under "My Reservations." The date your window opens will be at the very top of the page. Another thing to keep in mind is that activities become available for booking at midnight eastern time on your window opening date.
If you're already within your booking window, on the app under "My Plans," click on "See Itinerary." Then, you'll be able to add plans by each day. Port Adventures will be a category you can choose. You'll be able to see what's available, and book what you want. If you don't see your choices available, it could mean they aren't being offered on your specific sailing. If your choices are listed as sold out, keep checking back because plans can change. If spots become available, you'll be able to book them. On the website, look for "Cruise Activities," then click on "My Plans." You'll then be able to select by day if you're within your booking window here as well.
