Does the Pick-a-pearl in Japan allow for ADR's? Or if you just walk up about how long is the average wait and the experience take? I'm trying to budget my time ans don't want to cut it too short. Do you take a number and wait? What is the average wait?

Hello, Holly!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

I would first like to wish you and your family a Happy New Year!  I hope your year is filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.

The "Pick-A-Pearl" experience is something that everyone must experience at least once while on a Walt Disney World vacation. You will need to just pop-in and proceed to a register.  Once payment has been made, you will be given a number.  The average wait time depends on the crowd level.  The most I have ever waited was about twenty minutes and that was during the summer months when crowds were heavy. My best advice is to head on over as soon as the park opens and beat the crowds.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please come back and join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are ready to provide you with great tips and advice.  I hope your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.  As a matter of fact, I am quite sure it will be filled with many beautiful memories.

~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
