    Hi! I want to pick up our tickets at downtown Disney from will call? Is this possible?

    Thank you so much for your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!!

    The answer to your question is yes, you can pick up tickets that are on Will Call while at Downtown Disney.  All you will need to do is visit the Guest Relations desk in the Marketplace side of Downtown Disney to do so.  We have actually picked up tickets here before and it is very convenient.  I would recommend having your confirmation number with you just in case.
