    Can I pick up my tickets at a Will Call location at one of the resorts even if I'm not staying at a Disney resort?

    Hi Aisha,

    You can pick up most Disney Parks tickets at one of the resorts. If you are getting an Annual Pass, any sort of Florida Resident ticket, or a Premium Annual Pass you will need to visit Guest Relations at one of the parks or at Downtown Disney. 

    Be sure you bring your photo I.D. and confirmation number when you pick up your tickets.
