Teresa, if you would like to have a physical admission card, you are more than welcome to pick them up at Disney Springs. However, if you would like to save time, you can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account and access your Theme Park Admission with a MagicBand or Disney MagicMobile pass. To link your tickets, just log in to your My Disney Experience account, click on the My Plans tab and then hover over the
Park Tickets button, and then click
Link Tickets. Enter your Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID number and click next to assign your tickets to members of your party. Confirm your assignment and your tickets are linked and you will not need to pick them up in person. If you have a MagicBand linked to your account from a previous visit, you will be able to use it during this visit.
You can also set up a MagicMobile pass using the mobile app. This new feature allows Guests who have an Apple Watch or iOs device to store a pass in their mobile wallet to access the information in their My Disney Experience account. In the mobile app, tap the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner and then select
Disney MagicMobile from the menu. Choose the Guest in your party that will need a mobile pass. Select the theme for their pass and then save the passes to your Apple Wallet. You can send a pass to someone in your party through iMessage. This MagicMobile pass works exactly like a MagicBand or admission card. You can add PhotoPass photos to a Memory Maker account, redeem your Lightning Lane experiences and if you are a Guest of a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can open the door to your room and charge food and merchandise to your room account.
Remember all Guests visiting Disney Theme Parks must have a valid theme park admission ticket and a
Disney Park Pass reservation. If you have not made your park reservations, I recommend making them as soon as possible, before your choices get booked up. All parks have limited capacity with a certain number of reservations available.
You can modify your current ticket type online or in the mobile app to add Genie+ to each day for the length of your tickets. You can also purchase
Disney Genie+ on the day of your visit, one day at a time for each day you plan to use it. The second option is very helpful if you are visiting a park but not planning to take advantage of the Lightning Lane option. You can begin selecting your Genie+ experiences at 7:00 A.M. so I would suggest purchasing Genie+ at least by 6:30 A.M. to make sure everything runs smoothly.
