where do i pick up my tickets from?

Hi Sarah and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The answer to your question really depends on what tickets you have purchased and where you have purchased them from.

As you are a UK Guest, I am presuming that you have purchased some Theme Park Tickets from the UK version of the Walt Disney World website.

If you have a Ticket Only reservation and have paid your balance in full, you can contact the Walt Disney Travel Company Disney Experts on freephone 0800 16 90 730 to request an early ticket release.

If you have booked a Package with the Walt Disney Travel Company, (i.e., Flight inclusive, Room and Ticket, Room Ticket and Dining) your ticket will be linked directly to your reservation and should show up in the Tickets and Passes section of "My Reservations" in My Disney Experience once you have linked your Disney Hotel resort reservation.

If you selected an e-ticket when booking your ticket, you should have received an email confirmation within 48 hours which included instructions on how to print your e-ticket barcode which you will need to present along with a photo ID, at any of the will call windows located at each of the four Disney Theme Parks or Disney Springs.

If I have misunderstood your question or can be of any further assistance at all, please feel free to ask me another question.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
