    Can I pick up my theme park tickets at Animal Kingdom upon arrival?

    Hi Suzanne!

    Absolutely! Tickets can be picked up at Disney's Animal Kingdom. If you purchased your tickets online, be sure to bring the exchange certificate or printout, the credit card used for the purchase and your identification to any ticket window. If you are purchasing the Florida Resident Tickets be sure to bring proof of Florida Residency for all adults.
