Hello, Mariflor! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
If you
purchased your theme park tickets online and received eTicket vouchers, then you can head directly to the gates at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. There, your vouchers will be exchanged for paper tickets that you will use for the duration of your trip. If you purchased through a third-party vendor and the ticket voucher directs you to pick up your tickets at “Will Call,” then you will need to stop by a ticket booth before heading in to either park. The ticket booths open one hour prior to the earliest park opening if you plan to be at the Disneyland Resort early.
Once you have your actual tickets in-hand, you might consider scanning them into your
Disneyland app. You can do this by signing into the app with your Disneyland account credentials, tapping the “My Tickets” option, selecting “Link Tickets & Passes,” and then use your camera on your mobile device to scan the barcode on the back of your ticket. You will need to complete this step if you plan on using
Disney MaxPass, or if not, it’s just a convenient way to keep your tickets organized. You can even have the Cast Member at the gates scan the tickets in your app to gain entry instead of having to pull out your paper tickets each time.
I hope this helps! See ya real soon!
