    How can I pick up my Florida Resident Annual Pass that I purchased through the app at the ticket and Transportation Center without having to pay for parking? Not attending that day just would like to get my pass ahead of time. Thank you! Mary

    I'm so excited for you that you'll be joining the Annual Passholder Program. There are so many benefits and perks, not to mention the ability to enjoy all the magic of the 4 theme parks year-round. If you are looking to pick up your Annual Pass but not go to a theme park, one of my suggestions is to go to the Guest Relations Lobby at Disney Springs Welcome Center. You can take advantage of the complimentary parking at Disney Springs. I can also share this tip from Guest Services: if you do visit one of the theme parks to pick up your Annual Pass and you do pay for parking, you can hold on to the receipt and present it to Guest Relations when you pick up your Annual Pass and they will refund you the fee you paid for parking.
