Can we pick and choose which restaurant we choose our dining credits to use at? We might have just dessert and drinks at California Grill because of a late reservation and don't want to use 2 DC if we don't have to. TIA

    Welcome back, Christina!

I like the way you plan! A late dining reservation at California Grill to enjoy drinks, dessert and Wishes! Nighttime Spectacular sounds like a wonderful idea! My husband and I often grab a few appetizers and dessert while watching the amazing fireworks display from high atop Disney's Contemporary Resort. If you prefer not to use your Disney dining plan credits at a restaurant, then you are certainly welcome to pay for your meal by charging to your Disney Resort hotel room, using a Disney Gift Card or cash. The most important thing you need to worry about is which one (or two) of fantastic desserts you will order!

Thank you for asking another excellent question! Please come back should you have others as you continue to plan your magical visit!

    Happy Planning!
