Can i pick up my card tickets at Disney Springs the night before we have reserved a park?

Hey there, Gillian, and welcome to planDisney! June is just around the corner - so your Walt Disney World Vacation will be here before you know it! So it sounds like you have at least one reason to get excited about your upcoming Disney Vacation!

Gillian, no Disney Vacation would be possible without Theme Park Tickets - and I mean this literally because you wouldn’t be able to get into the parks. Luckily, there are multiple ways to obtain your Theme Park tickets before starting your vacation. Disney Springs is my favorite of the options! So yes, you can pick up your Theme Park Ticket cards in Disney Springs the night before your first park day! Not only can you grab your tickets, but you can also spend some time checking out the dining and restaurant options that the district offers. I have also found that the service at the Disney Springs Ticket Center is always prompt and extremely helpful.

Gillian, unless you prefer physical Theme Park tickets, you can also use Disney’s MagicMobile Pass as your digital tickets. Disney’s MagicMobile Pass is a contactless - and convenient - option to access the Theme Parks using the My Disney Experience mobile app and your eligible mobile device. Disney’s MagicMobile pass also gives you access to the same Disney features that your ticket card would - like Lightning Lane Entrances, Disney PhotoPass images, etc. You can easily create a MagicMobile pass in your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Open your mobile app and select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Choose the Disney MagicMobile option and complete the remaining prompts to create your MagicMobile Pass. Once created, your pass can be saved in your Apple Wallet for easy access to the Theme Parks by touching your phone or Apple Watch to the Theme Park Entrance touchpoints. I recommend creating a MagicMobile Pass even if you decide to grab physical Theme Park Tickets. They are a great option if someone in your vacation party loses their ticket or leaves it behind at the resort.

I hope this helps, Gillian! Your Walt Disney World vacation is calling!
