Can I pick up my will call tickets for the Magic Kingdom and Epcot at any Disney Hotel Resort lobby a few days prior to going to the parks ?

    Hi Karen,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel for assistance with your vacation planning question. To pick up your pre-purchased park passes, you will need to head to Will Call which is located at one of the Guest Relations counters. You can either go to the ticket windows at the entrances of one of the four main theme parks, or to the Disney Springs Guest Relations Lobby. If it fits into your schedule, I recommend that you plan on spending a few hours exploring and head to the Disney Springs location which can be found at the Town Center Welcome Center. Since Disney Springs consists of different sections, you will want to be sure to follow the signs which lead towards "Town Center" when you arrive. Be sure to bring the credit card which you used to purchase the passes, as well as your ticket confirmation number.

Afterwards, make a stop at Goofy's Candy Company or Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop for a special treat!

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
