Can I pick up my will call Florida resident season tickets in Disney Springs?

    Hi Robert!

Great news! You absolutely can pick up your Florida Resident tickets at Disney Springs!

When you chat with the Cast Member, be sure you have the following items with you: confirmation number, Photo ID/proof of Florida residency and the credit card or form of payment used to purchase the tickets.

Proof of residency IDs include: valid Florida driver’s license (must have a Florida address), valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address) or a valid Florida-based military ID.

If you don't have one of the IDs listed above, you can also use the following items as proof of residency (all must be dated within the past two months): proof of current mortgage, bills, policies or registrations, financial statements or mail from federal, state, county or city government agencies.

Having everything with you will streamline your pick-up and get you on your way so you can enjoy the theme parks!

I'm so excited for you! I know you are going to enjoy being able to visit Walt Disney World Resort often!

    Enjoy every magical moment!
