Can I pick up my annual passes at the swan hotel if not where is the nearest

Hi there Rolf, and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on joining the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder family! I was thrilled when annual passes became part of our world again. To redeem your annual pass voucher or certificate, you'll need to visit a Guest Relations or ticketing window located just outside the entrance to a theme park.

From the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, you can take watercraft transportation or walk to either Disney's Hollywood Studios or EPCOT. If you board the boat headed for Disney's Hollywood Studios, you'll go directly to your destination, and the walk from the boat dock to the ticketing windows is not far. The boat that takes Guests to EPCOT will make stops at Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's BoardWalk before departing for EPCOT.

The quickest routes will be the boat to Disney's Hollywood Studios or the walking path to EPCOT. I find the ticketing windows at EPCOT to be less busy than most others, so this would be my preference. If you need a snack or sip along the way, stop by the BoardWalk Bakery. I tried a Cookies 'n Cream Cupcake there last week and it was so delicious.

I hope this is helpful, Rolf. As an Annual Passholder, you'll be eligible for special hotel offers, merchandise, and dining discounts throughout the year. Stay tuned to the passholder page and Disney Parks Blog for updates. With so much to zip-a-dee-do during the 50th-anniversary celebration, you'll love being able to visit again and again. Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney, and we can't wait to welcome you home real soon!
