Hiya Donald! Thanks for coming to planDisney with your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. Since Disney World has been my home away from home since the mid-90s, I feel like I know each Theme Park reasonably well, but I still grab one of the Theme Park maps each time I walk in. Maybe it’s the nostalgia or wanting to disconnect from my cellphone. Either way, I understand how having a map of the park can make you feel at ease and help with your planning.
Unfortunately, Disney doesn’t provide the physical maps until you arrive; however, they have the same digital maps you can view online or print. To locate the parks' maps, you must head to the main Disney World site. Hover over the Tickets & Parks tab at the top and select the park you want to explore digitally. For example, if you click on EPCOT, you will be taken to the main page with an
overview of all that EPCOT has to offer. Under the automatic video, you will find a clickable map icon that will give you an overview of the park and nearby hotels and the ability to zoom in on specific attractions, dining options, and shopping locations. If you’d like a physical copy of the map, click on the download icon next to “EPCOT Guide Map.”
A printable PDF will open in a new window with a PDF version of the park Guide Map, similar to the map you can pick up at the entrance to each park!
Donald, to better help you with your planning, I’d also like to point out another planDisney feature you can utilize. If you head to the
planDisney Video Library, you will find amazing planning videos on topics like
First Timers at Disney World,
Tips for Selecting Your Next Disney Resort,
Mobile Order Dining, and
Top Thrills at Walt Disney World Resort just to name a few. I highly suggest watching all of the amazing content my fellow panelist have helped create and reach back out if you have any additional planning questions!
See you real soon!
